Benefits package for full-time employees of Bartley Industries, Inc. 

Insurance: BlueCross BlueShield (Medical) , Dental, Vision, Life, and Voluntary (Principal).

Bartley Industries, Inc. pays 50% of the employee’s and their family’s health, dental and vision premiums. This is available 90 days after date of hire.  The term life benefits includes the basic $15,000 coverage for the employee covered by Bartley Industries, Inc. 

Available first of the month after hire are free TeleDoc EAP and a free legal services program through New Benefits.

Retirement: 401k
The company will match dollar for dollar up to 3% and 1/2 of 1% of your contribution 4% and 5% through Principal.
